We accidentally came upon Cozy Country Estates and it was exactly what we were searching for. After calling their number and talking with Dale and the rest of the team we were sure this was the way we wanted to go. They were so kind in explaining everything to us helping us make decisions. We moved into a Cozy Country home 4 months ago. The area is beautiful and safe. This is an excellent place to settle down and have peace of mind. The neighbors so far are very nice and I feel like we will help each other, as the need arises. The builders are helpful and friendly. The pastures have lots of potential for livestock. We raise a couple dairy goats and chickens and they will be a great addition to the country landscape. The sunrises and sunsets are more than amazing here, very beautiful indeed. My sons have attracted many species of birds in their bird sanctuary area, so bird watching is on the list of beauty here as well. With the addition of flower beds and landscaping, these homes will be hard to beat. The electric and water are very reasonable, and you will get a discount on trash, if you use Ash Flat Water, using the water /trash combo they offer. The homes are insulated well, helping a lot on the power bill.

We would like to express our appreciation for the tour that Ben and Grace provided this past weekend. They both addressed our questions and concerns. I couldn't imagine better ambassadors for Cozy Country. Annette was delighted with the floors and I thought they looked great also. We are happy with the way everything looks, the fixtures, etc. It is exciting to see that we have neighbors moving in.
I know there's still work to be done and we appreciate everyone's efforts to make this venture as easy as possible for us.
